Sun God Leptoseris F2

Sun God Leptoseris are fantastic encrusting corals.  Their striking fluorescent colours and patterns make them a highly desirable addition to a marine tank.

Leptoseris are fast growing SPS corals. Given time, they will encrust over rocks and create eye catching focal points. These corals prefer to be in moderate light. However they are adaptable to a range of lightning conditions. Care still needs to be taken when placing them because if light is too intense, the coral may suffer. Sun God Leptoseris like to be in slow moving currents, although water flow needs to be fast enough to prevent smothering.

Leptoseris host photosynthetic algae, which they mostly rely on. These corals can be supplemented with small foods such as zooplankton or amino acids.
